What do members get?

How do I receive my download links?

Links are sent to your registered email and are valid for 7 days. If you have not downloaded the course yet, you can request the link again; each request counts as one daily download from your quota.

How are daily downloads counted?

A download is counted when you click the Download button-not only after the file finishes downloading. Limits reset daily at 00:00 EST.

Can I request a new course?

Yes, subject to availability. Some Group Buy courses may have an additional cost and are not part of the membership plan.

What are "Group Buys"?

Group Buys are special, premium courses not yet in our main library. Members get exclusive access to purchase these at a significant discount. They are NOT included for free in the membership.

What kind of Daily Updates are included?

We constantly add new courses and materials to our main 80TB+ library. Your membership entitles you to all new update courses in the main library, so your learning resources stay fresh.

Is the payment really one-time for Lifetime and Signature?

Absolutely. Pay once and enjoy benefits for life. There are no recurring monthly or yearly fees for Lifetime and Signature-ever.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes, you can upgrade anytime. The upgrade will follow the current pricing at that time. Please note that all upgrades are treated as a new purchase. Payments made for a previous plan are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated or credited toward the upgrade.

Are refunds available?

Where are the files hosted?

All downloads are served from a private cloud server for stable, fast delivery.
